We currently offer shipping services exclusively within the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

2. How long does it take to receive my order?

The delivery time depends on the shipping option you choose:
  • Same Day Delivery: 1 business days.
  • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days.

3. How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs vary based on your order total and selected shipping method. We offer free standard shipping on orders above AED 250. For orders below this amount, AED 15 is charged for Same Day Delivery while AED 10 is charged for Next Day Delivery. COD orders come with a processing fee of AED 25 and generally take 3-4 days to be shipped.

Yes, you can track your order using the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email. This allows you to monitor the status and location of your package in real-time.

If you are unavailable during the delivery attempt, our courier service will typically make multiple attempts to deliver your package. If they are unable to reach you for 7 consecutive days, your order will be cancelled on our system.
