At Couturelabs, we are committed to providing you with the highest quality fashion and exceptional customer service. We want you to love your purchases, and we understand that sometimes, a return or exchange may be necessary.

T&C’s for Orders Across UAE

  • All orders across UAE are eligible for Returns and Exchanges. 
  • Return/Exchange request must be placed within 5 days of receiving the order. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
  • For any order, first return or exchange is processed free of cost.
  • Multiple exchange or return requests on the same order will be chargeable.
  • No Refund eligible for items bought on promotion/sale or using Reward Points.
    They can only be Returned Against Store Credit or exchanged with another product.
  • Return/Exchange request can be initiated by contacting our Customer Support Team.

T&C’s for Orders Outside of UAE

  • All orders outside of the UAE are eligible ONLY for Exchanges. No Return Applicable for orders outside of UAE.
  • Exchange request must be placed within 5 days of receiving the order.
  • All Exchange requests will incur return shipping charges and custom duties to be borne by the customer (no refunds acceptable).
  • Exchange request can be initiated by contacting our Customer Support Team.
  • All items bought under any Special Sale / Promotion / Offer will not be eligible for Return / Exchange / Refund.

  • Eligibility for Return/Exchange: Only eligible if the items returned are in undamaged condition with original packaging and tags intact.
  • Defective or Damaged Items: If the item(s) you received are defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately to initiate the return or exchange process (applicable for both within and outside UAE). Please provide images/video of the damaged item(s) to our Customer Support Team in such a case.
  • Wrong Item Received: If you received an incorrect item in your order, please inform us as soon as possible so that we can arrange for the correct item to be sent to you (applicable for both within and outside UAE).
  • Size or Fit Issues: If you have issues with the size or fit of your clothing, you may be eligible for an exchange, provided that the item has not been worn, washed, or altered and is in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • How to initiate a Return/Exchange: Provide your order number, a clear description of the issue, and any photographs/videos if applicable. Our customer team will review your request and provide you with instructions on how to proceed.
  • Quality Check: Once we receive the returned item(s), our quality control team will inspect them to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria mentioned above. If the items pass inspection, we will proceed with processing your refund or exchange.
  • Refund/Exchanges: Refund can be processed to your original payment method/Store Credit/Exchange.
