Returns Process

 How can I return an item?

Not completely satisfied or ordered the wrong size/color? You can return any unworn items (in their original condition) within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund. This doesn’t affect your rights to return faulty items.

Follow the steps in the Returns Portal to raise the return request.

  • You’ll need to select the Order number & item(s) which needs to be returned.
  • Confirm the reason for return request & select the preferred mode of refund to complete the return request process.
  • A return number will be assigned to your return request.
  • After raising the request, please pack the item(s) to return in original packaging & keep it ready for return collection.

 

 If your order is from within UAE

 We will assign our delivery team to collect the return item(s) & collection will be done within 2 to 3 working days.

 

 If your order is from Outside UAE (Any other country)

 We will assign the return collection to DHL Express team & AWB will be assigned to collect the return order. Return collection will be done within 2 to 4 working days.

Once returned item(s) is received in our warehouse, our quality assurance team will review the item(s) for any product issues, before confirming the return request.

After confirmation we will process the return request & refund will be initiated into initially confirmed refund mode.

Please keep your proof of postage until you receive confirmation you have been credited.

It takes approximately 14 days for payment to reflect in your account.

 

Refunds Information

When will I receive my refund?

As soon as the returns are received at our warehouse & confirmed by our quality assurance team, they will be automatically refunded within 14 days (from the day you sent your return parcel) to the preferred method of payment selected at the time of return requested.

You'll receive a confirmation email when the item has been refunded. If you paid by card, please make sure you check your bank statement from the date of the order onwards, as your refund may be shown against the order date.

If you paid using Cash, you will be getting a store credit for the same amount which needs to be redeemed within 3 months.

 

I haven't received my refund

You'll receive a confirmation email when the item(s) has been refunded. If you paid by card, please make sure you check your bank statement from the date of the order onwards, as your refund may be shown against the order date.

If you made your original payment with a card that is now expired or cancelled, please contact your bank. The refund will always be processed to your original method of payment and can’t be sent to another card.

If you paid using Cash on Delivery, you will be getting a Voucher for the same amount which needs to be redeemed within 3 months.
