We proudly offer WORLDWIDE shipping services. We currently offer Free Shipping for all orders placed within the UAE. Orders placed outside of UAE carry a standard DHL shipping fee as well as custom duties (if applicable) that are payable by the customer.

We generally deliver orders on the same day or next day. All orders placed over the weekend, however, are delivered on Monday. During busy periods, processing times may be slightly extended, but we always strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Shipping Outside UAE

  • All orders outside of the UAE will be processed only if prepaid. COD orders will not be accepted.
  • All orders outside of the UAE will be eligible only for Returns and Refunds (Store Credit). Exchanges are not offered for international orders.
  • All orders outside of the UAE will have a Return Window of 5 days from the date of receiving the parcel. The Return Shipping Charges will be borne by the customer.
  • All orders outside of the UAE can be returned only against Store Credit. Refund in the form of Store Credit will be issued only if the item returned is found to be in original, undamaged condition with packaging intact.

If you are unavailable during the delivery attempt, our courier service will typically make three attempts to deliver your package. If they are unable to reach you for 7 consecutive days, your order will be cancelled on our system.
