T&C’s for Orders Across UAE

• All orders across UAE are eligible for Returns and Exchanges. 
• Return/Exchange request must be placed within 7 days of receiving the order. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
• For any order  on non-sale/promo items, first return or exchange is processed free of cost.
• For any order on sale/promo items, return or exchange may be chargeable.
• Multiple exchange or return requests on the same order will be chargeable.
• No Refund eligible for items bought on promotion/sale or using Reward Points. They can only be Returned Against Store Credit or exchanged with another product.
• Return/Exchange request can be initiated by contacting our Customer Support Team.
• Any Return/Exchange may take up to 2-3 working days to process.

• All orders outside of the UAE are eligible ONLY for Exchanges. No Return Applicable for orders outside of UAE.
• Exchange request must be placed within 14 days of receiving the order.
• All Exchange requests will incur return shipping chargesand custom duties to be borne by the customer (no refunds acceptable).
